How it works
Prep the page, then write anywhere.
Import any PDF, give it the room it's missing, and save it back to Files. Open it in Apple's Preview app or Markup and write on it for free, with no extra note app to buy. It opens just as cleanly in GoodNotes, Notability, or forScore if that's your setup.
PagePrep changes the page size instead of flattening the page to an image, so your text stays selectable and your links keep working after every edit.

Add writing margins
Set the top, bottom, left, or right margin, or pick Small, Medium, or Large. Apply it to one page or the whole document and watch it update live.
Insert blank or lined pages
Drop a blank or ruled page in between or after any page, sized to match the page next to it so the document scrolls evenly.
Merge, split, reorder
Combine slides, readings, and problem sets into one file. Pull a range of pages into a new file. Drag thumbnails to reorder, swipe to delete.
Trim wasted margins
Crop oversized whitespace to fit more on screen, without cutting into the content. Auto-trim finds the edges, or set them by hand.
Why it's different
It changes the page, not your text.
Preview and Markup let you annotate a PDF, but they can't add room to the page, and the paid note apps can't either. PagePrep does the one thing the others skip, and it does it without touching what's already on the page. Your text stays searchable and every link still resolves.
Got a paper handout instead of a file? Snap or pick photos and PagePrep turns them into PDF pages you can prep like any other. Picking a photo never even asks for Photos access; it stays out of your library.

Nothing leaves your device.
PagePrep does all of its work on your iPhone or iPad. Your PDFs are never uploaded, and the app makes no network requests for your files. There is nothing for us to see.
