iPhone · Sleep & Snoring
How loud do you snore?
SnoreCheck records your snoring while you sleep. In the morning you get a score, a timeline, and every sound clip. Listen to each one and dismiss what isn't snoring. Your score updates on the spot.
How it works
Set it down. Go to sleep.
Set your phone on the nightstand and plug it in. Tap the big start button and go to sleep. Lock the screen if you want; recording keeps running in the background.
In the morning, tap stop. SnoreCheck shows your Snore Score for the night, a timeline of when it happened, and a list of every sound it caught.
What you get
One night, fully explained.
Records while you sleep
Lock the phone and set it down. SnoreCheck keeps listening with the screen off, all night.
Every sound, reviewable
Play back any moment from the night. Dismiss the clips that aren't snoring and your score updates on the spot.
A score that means something
One number for the whole night, plus a trend chart so you can see what actually helps you sleep quieter.
Private by design
Recordings stay on your phone. No account, no analytics, and a one-time unlock instead of a subscription.
Why it's different
Not snoring? Just dismiss it.
Most snoring apps count every noise as snoring. That inflates your score and makes it useless. A fan, a passing truck, the dog at 3 AM, all of it gets added up.
SnoreCheck lets you fix that. Play a clip, and if it isn't snoring, tap dismiss. The clip turns gray, your score drops, and the number finally reflects you. One tap per clip, and you can undo any dismiss.
