How it works
The app opens on your documents. Tap + to make an invoice or an estimate, and everything you need is on one screen.
- Your documents. Invoices and estimates live under two tabs. Each row shows the number, the customer, the amount, and a status chip (Draft, Sent, Paid, Accepted, Declined) so you can see where every job stands.
- Making an invoice. Pick a customer, add line items with a quantity and rate, and the totals add up as you type. Set a discount as a percent or a dollar amount, add tax, set the dates, and write your payment instructions.
- Making an estimate. An estimate works the same way, with a "valid until" date instead of payment terms. When the customer says yes, the Convert to Invoice row turns it into an invoice in one tap.
- Sending the PDF. Tap Preview to see the finished document, then share it by text, email, or anything else on your phone. Sharing an invoice marks it Sent.
- Customers and saved items. Save the customers you bill and the things you charge for, each with its rate. The next document is a couple of taps instead of a couple of minutes.
- Settings. Set your business name and details, your default tax rate, and your numbering (the prefix and starting number). Add a business logo here, and your PDFs pick up an accent color from it.
Tips
- Every new document uses your default tax rate, so you set it once in Settings and forget it.
- Document numbers run in order on their own (INV-0001, INV-0002). You can change the prefix to match your books.
- Converting an estimate to an invoice is always free. It never counts toward your free documents.
- Your business logo never prints on the customer's copy unless you add one. The PDF stays plain and professional either way.
- The app works without a signal, so you can write an estimate on a job site and send it later.
- It works with VoiceOver, and every amount is read as money, not as a bare number.
- It supports Dynamic Type. If you use larger text on your iPhone, the screens adjust to fit.
Common questions
Is there a subscription or a monthly fee?
No. The app is free to download, your first 6 documents are free with every feature, and after that one $14.99 purchase removes the limit for good. Nothing else is ever charged.
What happens after my 6 free documents?
The app asks you to buy Lifetime Access before you make a new document. Everything you already made stays, and you can still open, edit, and send it.
Does converting an estimate to an invoice use one of my free documents?
No. Converting is always free and never counts toward the 6.
Will my customers see your branding on the invoice?
No. The PDF shows your business details and nothing of ours. If you add your own logo in Settings, that's the only logo on the page.
I reinstalled the app or got a new phone. How do I get my purchase back?
Open Settings and tap Restore Purchases. Your Lifetime Access comes back on any phone signed in with the same Apple Account.
Where is my data kept?
On your phone only. Nothing is sent to us or to a server. See the privacy policy for the details.
