Short version
Paid: Invoice & Estimate Maker keeps everything on your phone. There's no account and no sign-up. The app doesn't track you, doesn't run analytics, and doesn't send your invoices, customers, or business details anywhere. The App Store privacy label is "Data Not Collected" because we collect nothing.
What the app stores, and where
Your customers, invoices, estimates, saved items, business details, and business logo are saved on your phone using Apple's on-device storage. None of it is copied to us, to a server, or to the cloud. It lives on your device and nowhere else.
The app does not store your totals; it adds them up from your line items each time. Your business logo, if you add one, is kept as a small image on your phone and used only to draw your own PDFs.
Network activity
The app works offline. It makes no network requests for any of its features: creating documents, saving customers, building PDFs, and sharing all happen on your device.
The one exception is the purchase. When you buy Lifetime Access, Apple processes it through the App Store. Apple handles the payment and tells the app whether the purchase went through; we never see your card or payment details. That's the only time the app talks to anything outside your phone.
Third-party code
None. No analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising frameworks, no outside libraries. The app is built with Apple's own frameworks and ships with no external dependencies.
How to delete your data
You're always in control of what the app keeps:
- Delete a single customer, invoice, or estimate inside the app, and it's gone from your phone.
- To remove everything at once, delete the app from your phone. iOS erases all of its on-device data with it.
Because nothing is stored off your device, there's no server copy for us to hold and nothing for you to ask us to delete.
